We are currently offering 4 classes:

TruffleWQWQW aking:

This class meets every other Tuesday. You may attend as odfgdfgsdfgsdfgds you wish; we learn a new type of truffle every meeting. Each session is $20.

Gingerbread Houses: 

Learn 4 fun house patterns, and great ideas for creating paths, trees, roof decorations, and much more!

We offer this class once a month on the first Monday of the month; although most people think of gingerbread houses for the holidays, they're a fun activity year-round for kids and adults alike! We recommend you sign up for one of the "off-season" classes, as the ones Oct through Dec fill up far in advance. Please contact us to reserve a spot.

Cake Decorating:

This class guides you through cake decorating start to finish, from splitting and filling a cake to crumb coating and icing with borders, flowers, writing, and figure piping.  This is a four week class, and meets every Wednesday night.  Please contact us to register.

Petit Fours:

Tea time will never be the same again after you master the simple pleasures of these little dessert cakes. Truly less is more. Learn the traditional almond infused cake recipe and the elegant piped decorations that make these morsels more than just a mouthful of bliss.
